In a fishing lodge in rural Tilghman County, Georgia, two English men, Froggy and Charlie, arrive as guests. After pleadings from his sick wife, the shy Charlie agreed to accompany Froggy on the trip. Froggy then claims that Charlie cannot talk because he is from an exotic country and does not understand English. Residents at the lodge try to talk to Charlie, anyway. Due to his supposed lack of ability to understand English, Charlie soon discovers scandals amongst some of the residents of the lodge. Thank you all for auditioning for this play. I appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedules. You are all very talented actors, which made the casting of this show very difficult. We (I) saw something special in each individual that auditioned. Unfortunately, we can't cast everyone for a seven person show. Ultimately, it came down to the vision in my head, which is a scary thought. Congratulations to those cast, I believe this will be a wonderful show. Looking forward to getting started. Again, thank you to all that auditioned. The first rehearsal will be Monday, at 7:00 PM at the VACT building.
